This department is responsible for enforcing the municipal By-Laws within the boundaries of the Town of Mattawa. 

All older By-Laws are available for review at the Mattawa Municipal Office located at 160 Water Street.

Feeding & Attracting of Pigeons
A By-Law to prohibit the feeding and attracting of pigeons within the Town of Mattawa.
Clean Yards By-Law
Being a by-law of the Town of Mattawa to provide for the maintenance of land in a clean and clear condition.
Snowmobile By-Law
Being a By-Law to govern and regulate the use of motorized snow vehicles within the Town of Mattawa.
Regulate, Prohibit and Restrict Keeping of Certain Kinds of Animals
Being a By-Law to provide for the control of animals within the Town of Mattawa.
Operation of Off-Road Vehicles Within the Municipality
Being a By-Law to permit the operation of off-road vehicles on any highway within the Municipality that is under the jurisdiction of the Municipality.

Being a By-Law to amend By-Law No. 15-26, which is a by-law to permit the operation of off-road vehicles on any highway within the Municipality that is under the jurisdiction of the Municipality.
