Can't get to Town Hall in time to get your burn permit? Apply online and receive it within minutes.

Here's how it works...
1. Click the link "Fire Status" at the Top Right of any page.
2. Click "Purchase Burn Permit"
3. Fill out your personal details and click "Submit". *Note: If you are not the property owner, you must submit permission from the landlord to apply for a permit.
4. An email will automatically be sent to a Town Official to review the permit.
5. Once Approved, a payment link will be automatically sent to the email provided. 
6. Once payment is accepted, the permit can be printed and a copy of the permit will be emailed to you for safe keeping.

Please make sure your personal details are accurate to avoid permit refusal.

A copy of your permit details will be made available to the Town of Mattawa's Fire Department to ensure compliance.
