Science North is bringing its trusted, hands-on science camps to Mattawa for one exciting week this summer! From August 18 to 22, children ages 4 to 11 will engage in fun, educational programming led by passionate and trained staff with backgrounds in science, education, and youth programming. All camps are offered in English and tailored to different age groups: 🧪 Curious Campers (Ages 4–5) Does your little one want to know everything? This camp sparks curiosity through fun, age-appropriate experiments in physics, chemistry, and engineering—all through play-based discovery. 🌟 Science Spark (Ages 6–8) This hands-on camp lights a fire for learning through colourful concoctions, weather experiments, and geology exploration. A week filled with creativity and thrilling science experiences! 🔬 STEM Adventure Camp (Ages 9–11) Older campers dive into biology, illusions, and engineering challenges, with highlights like baking soda rockets and eyeball dissections.
