Garbage and Recycling Collection Schedules
In the Town of Mattawa we do have residential garbage and recycling pick up done by a contractor. Attached below you will find a schedule of the collection. During the winter months from November to May the garbage and recycling are only collected every two weeks. Our summer hours run from May to October which has garbage collection once a week and recycling remains at every two weeks. It’s a good idea to print one of our schedules as there are some changes when it comes to holidays as our contractor needs his holidays as well with a busy schedule.
Garbage Collection
As a reminder there can be no dark green or black garbage bags. Only see through garbage bags will be collected at curb
